Discussion: Multi Basics 3™ includes all recognized essential vitamins as part of a multivitamin / mineral complex for the maintenance of good health. It also helps normal growth and development.
Take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day with a meal containing fat, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Do not crush, mix, or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole.
Dicalcium and tricalcium phosphate, Capsule (hypromellose), dextrin (tapioca, corn) tocopherols, cellulose gum, ascorbyl palmitate, sucrose, gum Arabic, palm and coconut oil, hyprolose, maltodextrin (corn), starch (soy, corn, rice, tapioca), silicon dioxide, sodium stearyl fumarate, modified food starch, glycine, citric acid, olive oil, talc, sodium ascorbate and L-aspartic acid.
