Plant Prebiotics to Boost Gut Bacteria
Prebiotics are compounds found in plants that our gut bacteria use as food. Prebiotic fibers can help support digestive regularity. InnovixLabs Broad Spectrum Prebiotic contains multiple plant prebiotics to feed different types of bacteria in different sections of the gut.
Mix one level scoop with any food or beverage. If added to beverages, stir well into 6-8 ounces and drink right away. Do not heat or cook. Begin with 1/4 scoop during first week. Increase very gradually to one or two scoops per day. Always drink water after consumption. May be consumed with or without a meal.
